I’m Ryan — born and raised in Arizona. I’m focused on buying small rental properties (2–4 units) from local owners who are ready to move on. A lot of folks I talk to are just tired of tenants, repairs, or managing things from a distance. 

I’m not part of a big company or out-of-state group. I’m just looking to buy a few properties each year in a way that’s simple and respectful for everyone involved. If you’re even thinking about selling, I’d love to have a conversation — no pressure, no obligations.
