Fill out the form or give me a call — whichever you're more comfortable with. I’ll ask a few questions about your property and why you’re considering selling. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule a quick walk-through or set up a time to chat further.

After reviewing your property, I’ll give you a fair, straightforward offer — no lowballs or tricks. I’ll explain the numbers and give you time to think about it. If you’re not ready, that’s totally okay.

We’ll close through a licensed local title company. Some sellers want to move fast, while others need a few weeks or even a few months — I’ll work around what makes sense for you.

I’m not a huge hedge fund — I’m a local buyer who does a few deals a year with care. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you — and if I can, I’ll point you to someone who might be.
